Founders of the Feel N Look Great team, John and Kathy Kriedemann, have experienced life challenges with their own health related problems including poor nutrition choices that led to being overweight.
Since suffering a heart attack at age 49, John discovered the incredible Herbalife Weight Management Programme and was amazed at his own recovery. Within a few months of starting the incredible nutrition he had significantly reduced his cholesterol and triglyceride levels; and lost 6 kilos in 7 weeks.
His wife Kathy has also succeeded in losing 14 kilos; lowering her dress size of 14 to an 8-10 (43cm less body fat!)
